You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging. To start a return, contact us at contact@fallsweet.com. We'll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Please note, that for some special products, a return label may not be available. In these cases, we will refund the full shipping fee.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Return Shipping Fee

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. For items with quality issues, we offer a full refund. If there’s no quality issue, we will charge a return fee of $4.99, please understand.

Exceptions

Non-returnable items include bodysuits, lingerie, sleepwear, custom products, sale items, and gift cards. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and unwashed.
